Ka pasur ankesa. Kanë marrë përgjigje nga Organi Qendror Blerës në datë 26.03.2019 dhe 21.03.2019. Ka marrë përgjigje nga KPP në datë 12.04.2019. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1) ALAR FOOD & SERVICE SHPK: • Bazuar dokumentacionit të dorëzuar ofertuesi nuk plotëson kriterin e përcaktuar në pikën 2(c) te seksionit 3.3 Kapaciteti Teknik , pasi Leja e Mjedisit tipi C, kodi III.1.A e paraqitur nga ky operator rezulton qe te jete jo ne përputhje me adresën e ambienti te paraqitur ne kontratën e qerase ku ky operator do te zhvilloje aktivitetin. 2) Arsyet e skualifikimit të NIKA SHPK: • Nuk e përmbush kapacitetin teknik të kërkuar në DT ne lidhje me personat e kerkuar, Konkretisht nga 13 persona të kërkuar si ndihmës kuzhinier, te rregullt sipas liste pagesës (kodit) janë vetëm 6 persona. 3) Arsyet e skualifikimit të OLTA SHARRA SHARRA PF : • Nuk e përmbush kapacitetin teknik të kërkuar në DT ne lidhje me personat e kerkuar, konkretisht nga 13 persona të kerkuar si ndihmes kuzhinier, te rregullt sipas listepageses (kodit) jane vetem 12 persona. |
