The project aims full reconstruction of Pogradec-Tushemisht road. The construction services required consist on: road reconstruction, urban improvement and upgrading works, landscape rehabilitation works. The road reconstruction will increase surrounding asset value, ease area access and mobility for local habitants and accessibility by tourists. The required works under this contract consist mainly on; earth movement and excavation, laying and compaction of road subgrade layers, asphalt works, utility works, concrete and reinforcement, and landscaping works. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016, as amended ( Procurement Regulations ), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. |
