Autorizim per operatorin ekonomik ofertues nga firma prodhuese ose nga distributori i autorizuar nga prodhuesi; per tregtimin e materialeve mjekesore objekt prokurimi. Autorizimi duhet te jete i vlefshem ne momentin e hapjes dhe dorëzimit te ofertave; dhe origjinal i perkthyer dhe/ose fotokopje e noterizuar; dhe pika 6 : Për të gjithë artikujt e ofruar te paraqiten katalogje, ku te përfshihen edhe specifikimet teknike te hollësishme për secilin artikull (pjeset e katalogut qe permbajne emertimin dhe specifikimet e detajuara teknike te artikullit qe ofertohet, nese nuk jane ne gjuhen shqipe, te perkthehen ne gjuhen shqipe dhe te noterizohen).
