Ka pasur ankesa: Oferta e OE “LEL”shpk, eshte shpallur fituese, pas procesit te rivleresimit nga Komisioni i vleresimit te ofertave, ne baze te Vendimit nr 3070/4prot.,date 10.09.2019 te Komisioni i Shqyrtimit te Ankeses, miratuar nga Titullari i Autoritetit Kontraktor. Pas rivleresimit janë pritur afatet ligjore te ankeses, dhe nuk ka patur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. “AL-Medikal” : Oferta e OE ishte anomalisht e ulet, ne zbatim te LPP, eshte kerkuar argumentim brenda afateve te percaktuara. Operatori nuk ka sjelle argumentim per oferten brenda ketyre afateve dhe ne kete menyre oferta eshte konsideruar e pavlefshme dhe eshte skualifikuar. |
