Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. OE “ALBAELETTRICA” sh.p.k.: • Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.9, “Per kapacitetin teknik” te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit sepse nuk disponon asnje nga dy specialistet te certifikuar, te kerkuar, per te punuar me terminalet 110 kV e siper dhe as nuk ka mbeshtetjen e ndonje kompanie qe i disponon keta specialist. Eshte paraqitur nje Certifikate e leshuar per llogari te Goran Jovic, e pa perkthyer. Nuk eshte paraqitur asnje Deklarate qofte nga kompania ku mund te jete I punesuar “Goran Jovic” por as nga ky i fundit per OE ofertues qe ky specialist eshte ne dispozicion te OE per kete projekt. • Katalogjet e kerkuara jane te paperkthyera ne gjuhen shqipe. Kjo ne kundershtim me: i) piken 4.6 “Gjuha(-ët) për hartimin e ofertave ose kërkesave për pjesëmarrje” te njoftimit te kontrates ne DST, ku eshte percaktuar vetem gjuha shqipe si gjuhe për hartimin e ofertave ose kërkesave për pjesëmarrje dhe ii) Kriteret e përgjithshme të pranimit/kualifikimit, citojme “Nëse gjuha e përdorur në procedurë është gjuha shqipe, atëherë dokumentat në gjuhë të huaj duhet të shoqërohen me një përkthim të noterizuar në gjuhën shqipe”. • Nuk ka permbushur piken 1/g, te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit, ne lidhje me shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve të maturuara të energjisë elektrike të kontratave të energjisë që ka operatori ekonomik . • Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.7, “Per kapacitetin teknik” te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit sepse nuk ka vertetuar sipas percaktimeve te ketij kriteri se disponon paisjen Meger (pajisje per testimin e izolacionit). |
