Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: • Operatori ekonomik “Muhoplus Ltd” shpk : - Në shtojcën 2/1 “deklaratë për paraqitje oferte të pavarur”, deklaruesi Muhoplus ltd si ofertues në këtë tender, ka plotesuar pikën 6 germa “b”, si më poshtë: Ofertuesi është konsultuar, ka komunikuar, ka bërë marrëveshje me një ose më shumë konkurrentë në lidhje me këtë procedurë prokurimi. Ofertuesi deklaron se në dokumentet bashkangjitur, në detajet e kësaj oferte, janë përfshirë emrat e konkurrentëve, natyra dhe shkaqet e konsultimit, komunikimit, marrëveshjes apo angazhimit (rasti i bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomikë ose nënkontraktimit). Kjo deklaratë është në kundërshtim me ofertën e paraqitur në tender nga ofertuesi “Muhoplus ltd”, pasi operatori ekonomik ka dhënë ofertë i vetëm dhe jo si bashkim operatorësh ekonomikë. - Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur autorizim prodhuesi nga kompania “Hes Hacilar Elektrik Sanayi Ticaret A.S”, si prodhues zyrtar i kabllove të energjisë, kabllove të telekomunikacionit, për tel bakri të emaluar dhe përçuesve të bakrit. Njëkohësisht ka paraqitur katalogun e materialeve ndihmëse për “karton prespa, tubo stilingato, dhe llakun izolues” të prodhuesit “Hes Hacilar Elektrik Sanayi Ticaret A.S”, ndërkohë që prodhuesi autorizon ofertuesin vetëm për produktet e prodhuara nga ai si tel bakri i emaluar dhe përçuesve të bakrit. Pra nuk bëhet lidhja midis autorizimit të prodhuesit dhe katalogut të paraqitur. |
