Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ALEN-CO” sh.p.k për këto arsye: - paisja e paraqitur nuk ploteson specifikimet teknik dhe nuk eshte funksionale lidhur me sherbimin qe do te kryeje. 2. “LIGUS” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka përmbushur pikën 2.3.2, “Për kapacitetin teknik” të kritereve të veçanta të kualifikimit sepse nuk ka paraqitur autorizim prodhuesi ose distributori te autorizuar per pajisjet sekondare: komanduese te rregullatorit automatik te tensionit te autotransformatoreve. 3. “ENCOAL” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka përmbushur pikën 2.3.4, “Për kapacitetin teknik” të kritereve të veçanta të kualifikimit sepse nuk ka paraqitur katalog të përkthyer në gjuhën shqipe për pjesën që i përket të dhënave teknike per mallrat e kerkuara ne shtojcen 1, Formulari i ofertes. |
