Operatori Ekonomik Synapse ATS shpk nuk paraqet deklaraten mbi permbushjeve te specifikimeve teknike, sipas shtojces 6 te kerkuar ne DST. 2. Operatori ekonomik ploteson furnizime të ngjashme për një vlerë jo më të vogël se 75,000,000 (Shtatedhjete e pese milion) leke që është realizuar gjatë tre viteve te fundit. 3. Operatori Ekonomik Synapse ATS shpk nuk paraqet Autorizim nga Prodhuesi/distributori i autorizuar, per shitjen e pajisjeve hardware qe do te ofertoje per plotesimin e kerkeses te Autoriteti Kontraktor. 4. Operatori Ekonomik Synapse ATS shpk nuk paraqet Autorizim nga Prodhuesi/distributori i autorizuar, per menaxhimit e te dhenave te pajisjeve teknike per shitjen e licencave dhe paketave te suportit te produkteve respektive per plotesimin e kerkeses te Autoriteti Kontraktor. 5. Operatori Ekonomik Synapse ATS shpk nuk paraqet status partneriteti minimalisht te nivelit mesatar ose ekuivalent me te per plotesimin e kerkeses te Autoriteti Kontraktor. B.
