Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar: b. Pasqyra financiare (Bilanci) e vitit 2014 te konfirmuar nga dega e tatim taksave. c. Pasqyra financiare (Bilanci) e vitit 2015 te konfirmuar nga dega e tatim taksave. d. Pasqyra financiare (Bilanci) e vitit 2016 te konfirmuar nga dega e tatim taksave. Duke qene se ofertuesi BOSHNJAKU B eshte renditur i pari me oferten me te ulet, KVO eshte i mendimit ti kerkoje ofertuesit BOSHNJAKU B bilancet nepermjet mesazhit elektronik te SPE (bashkangjitur materiali dhe mesazhi i derguar me date 12.05.2017 me afat per kthim pergjigje deri me date 15.05.2017 Ora 10.oo).
