Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1.Fled shpk:
• Asnje nga punimet e paraqitura nga operatori ekonomik nuk konsiderohet i ngjashem.
• Operatorie konomik nuk ka arritur te paraqese autorizim te prodhuesit/ve/ distributor/ve per mallrat qe jane zera ne preventiv,material hidraulike, pjese e objektit te prokurimit.
• Nuk ka paraqitur mostra te tubacioneve perkatese ne gjatesine jo me pak se 60 cm te shoqeruar me certifikaten ISO te cilesise se tyre. Mostrat do tu kthehen menjehere nga AK pasi te kontrollohen dhe te mbahet proces-verbal per kete qellim.
2. Boshnjaku shpk:
• Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur Vërtetimin që konfirmon shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve të maturuara të energjisë elektrike të kontratave të energjisë që ka operatori ekonomik që është I regjistruar në Shqipëri ku provohet pagesa e faturavet e energjise duke perfshire muajin Shkurt.
• Asnje nga punimet e paraqitura nga operatori ekonomik nuk konsiderohet i ngjashem.
• Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur në stafin e punonjesve te pasqyruar e ne list pagesat e shoqërisë për gjashte muajt e fundit .
• Operatori ekonomik nuk ka arritur te paraqese autorizim te prodhuesit/ve/distributor/ve per mallrat qe jane zera ne preventiv, material hidraulike, pjese e objektit te prokurimit.
• Operatori ekonomik nuk ka plotesuar kerkesen: Deri diten e hapjes se ofertave duhet te dergohen ne zyren e protokollit te autoritetit kontyraktor mostra te tubacioneve perkatese ne gjatesine jo me pak se 60 cm te shoqeruar me certifikaten ISO te cilesise se tyre.
