Ka marrë përgjigje: Po me shkresën e Komisionit të Shqyrtimit të Ankesave nr.2310/1 prot. datë 08.07.2019 i cili vendosi kualifikimin e bashkimit të operatorëve ekonomikë EURO-ALB sh.p.k & VIANTE Konstruksion sh.p.k.
Është paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik Shëndelli sh.p.k me formularin e ankesës datë 02.07.2019 me prot.tonë nr.2291, date 02.07.2019, i cili me shkresen me prot.tonë nr.2291/1 datë 05.07.2019 ka hequr dorë nga ankesa e tij.
Pra, ankesa e operatorit nuk ka marrë përgjigje duke qenë se operatori është tërhequr nga ankesa e tij.
