Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. “Delia Impex” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ploteson piken 6, te kapacitetit teknik,pasi nuk ka deklaruar emrat e inxhinierit te ndertimit dhe inxhinierit topograf te cilet do te jene të disponueshëm për realizimin e kësaj kontrate
2. “Gysi” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Per teknikun e ndertimit nuk eshte paraqitur diplloma e shkolles/deshmi nga organe/institute te akredituar.
- Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion se disponon nje mjet transporti vetshkarkues 3.5- 7 ton.
3. “MIKI KONSTRUKSION” sh.p.k. &“SPEKTRI“ sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
- Kontrata e bashkepunimit midis dy shoqerive date 11.09.2020 nuk eshte bere ne perputhje me VKM nr.914, dt.29.12.2014.
- Vertetimi leshuar nga OSHEE date 07.08.2020 nuk eshte leshuar ne emer te subjektit MIKI Konstruksion sic kerkohet ne DST.
- Bilancet e vitit 2017,2018,2019 nuk jane te certifikuar nga dega e tatim Taksave ashtu sic kerkohet ne kriteret e percaktuara ne DST per shoqerine MIKI Konstruksion.
