Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ED KONSTRUKSION” shpk & “VASSA” shpk, për këto arsye: - VASSa” Shpk ka deklaruar shlyerjen e ketyre detyrimeve sipas legjislacionit ne fuqi, ndërkohe, nuk ka permbushur detyrimin e ketij legjislacioni sa I takon detyrimeve te stafit teknik si vijon: Z. Aleksander Vasili, drejtues teknik referuar kontrates se punes Nr. 684 Rep., Nr. 190 Kol., date 20.10.2020, paga e tij eshte 50.000 leke, nderkohe, ne listpagesat e muajve Mars, Prill, Maj, Qershor 2020 figuron me page 30.000 leke. - “Ed Konstruksion” Shpk ka deklaruar shlyerjen e ketyre detyrimeve sipas legjislacionit ne fuqi, ndërkohe, nuk ka permbushur detyrimin e ketij legjislacioni sa I takon detyrimeve te stafit teknik si vijon: Z.
