Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ARKONSTUDIO” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk permbush kriterin e vecant te percaktuar ne shtojcen nr. 12 te DST, pika 2.3.11 2. “EURO- ALB” shpk & “H & E ENERGY” shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson kriteret e te kualifikimit per Certifikikatat ISO 9001,14001 & 45001 te operatorit EUROALB Shpk te cilat nuk perfshijne objektin e procedures. 3. “Totila” sh.p.k & “Ed Konstruksion” sh.p.k & “Beqiri” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - OE TOTILA SHPK nuk ka paraqitur Deklaratë mbi garantimin e zbatueshmërisësë dispozitave ligjore në marrëdhëniet e punës sipas Shtojces 8/1. Deklarata e paraqitur nuk eshte e konfirmuar nga OE ne permjet vules se shoqerise dhe firmes se personit te autorizuar. - Nuk kaparaqitur preventivin e ndarjes se punimeve sipas marreveshjes se bashkepunimit.
