Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: - “ATOM” SH.P.K, per arsye: - nuk plotëson pikën 1, te seksionit 2.1 “Kapaciteti Teknik” të Kritereve të Vecanta të Kualifikimit në DST, pasi referuar dokumentacionit në SPE, kontratat e mëparëshme të realizuara nuk janë furnizime të ngjashme për pajsije laboratorike dhe shërbimet specifike të lidhura me to. Ky subjekt për vërtetimin e këtij kushti, ka paraqitur një kontratë me objekt “furnzim vendosje pajsje dhe sisteme sisteme elektrike” dhe një kontratë me objekt “furnizim me pajisje kompjuterike”, të cilat nuk përbëjnë furnzime të ngjashme referuar objektit të prokurimit. |
