Ka pasur ankesa nga operatori ekonomik “INSIG” SHA, me objekt kundërshtimin e vendimit
të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së operatorit ekonomik
“INSIG” SHA nga procedura e prokurimit të sipërcituar si dhe kundërshtimi i vendimit të
autoritetit kontraktor mbi anulimin e procedurës së prokurimit të sipërcituar. Me ane te vendimit 1232/2022 date 12.12.2022, KPP ka vendosur: -Të pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Insing” SHA për procedurën e prokurimit. -Autoriteti kontraktor të anulojë vendimin e KVO-së mbi skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik “Insing” SHA dhe të korrigjojë shkeljet e konstatuara si më sipër, duke e kualifikuar këtë operator ekonomik. -Autoriteti kontraktor brenda 5 ditëve të vërë në dijeni Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik për zbatimin e vendimit, duke dokumentuar veprimet e kryera. Nuk ka operatore ekonomike te skualifikuar. |
