Arsyet e skualifikimit për “Krijon” SHPK, • Operatori ekonomik ofertues nuk përmbush specifikimet teknike të kërkuara nga ana e autoritetit kontraktor pasi në katalogun e paraqitur nga ana e tij për zërin Aparat Spektrometer, pajisja spektrometer "Explorer" 5000 sipas pershkrimit te produktit, perdoret per identifikimin e permbajtjes se metaleve te renda ne aliazhe. Nderkohe spektrometri i kerkuar referuar specifikimeve teknike, kerkohet per te vleresuar perputhshmerine me Ligj Nr. 10489/2011 Per mbikeqyrjen dhe tregun e produkteve joushqimore" dhe kriteret ligjore lidhur me Sigurine e Lodrave (VKM Nr.262/2013) per metalet e rende/elementet e ndaluar/kufizuar ne keto produkte (Lodra plastike, druri, tekstili etj). 2. Arsyet e skualifikimit për “Alba Energ” SHPK • Ofertuesi nuk arriti të përmbushë pikën 1 të “Kapacitetit teknik” pasi dokumentacioni i paraqitur në përmbushje të këtij kriteri nuk plotëson vlerën minimale të kërkuar. Kontratat e paraqitura për furnizime me artikuj të ndryshem si panele elektrike, nuk konsiderohen si kontrata të ngjashme me objektin e prokurimit. |
