Janë skualifikuar Operatorët ekonomikë e mëposhtëm: 1. ALPEN PULITO” SH.P.K Referuar kësaj kërkese operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur autorizimin për vendosjen në tregun shqiptar të produktit biocid të paraqitur në ofertë , lëshuar nga autoriteti kompetent Ministria e Shëndëtsisë në zbatim të Nenit 8 pika 2 dhe 4, të ligjit Nr.95/2015 “Për shërbimet dhe produktet biocide në shëndetin publik”, dhe në vecanti. Operatori Ekonomik nuk plotëson kërkesat për kualfikim sipas pikës 1.3.4 të Seksionit 2.3 “Kapaciteti Teknik”shtojcës 8 të DST, “Kriteret e Veçanta për Kualifikim” pasi nuk ka paraqitur autorizim nga prodhuesi ose distributor i autorizuar sips kërkesave në këtë procedurë prokurimi. 2. “PASTRIME SIVIO SH.P.K Operatori Ekonomik nuk ka plotëson kërkesat sipas pikës 1.3.3, pikën 1.3.4, pikën 1.3.5 të Seksionit 2.3 “Kapaciteti Teknik”, Shtojca 8 e DST, në lidhje me dokumentet ligjore dhe teknike për produktet biocide që do të furnziohen: - nuk ka paraqitur certifikatën ose dokumentin e rregjistrimit vetëm në rastin e produkteve biocide në një prej vendeve e percaktuara ne Ligjin 95/2015 “Për shërbimet dhe produktet biocide ne shëndetin publik”.
