Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhtëm: 1. Operatori ekonomik “ALB-SIGURACION” SHA: • Tabela e vecantë e autoritetit kontraktor Komanda e Forcës Tokësore (KFT) është plotësuar nga ofertuesi me vlerën totale 10.041.055 Lekë pa TVSH, duke tejkaluar fondin limit prej 10.040.412 Lekë që autoriteti kontraktor ka përcaktuar në tabelën e vecantë për Komandën e Forcës Tokësore (KFT) në shtojcën 9 të DT. 2. Operatori ekonomik “SIGAL UNIQA Group AUSTRIA” SHA: • Nuk ka plotësuar kriterin e përcaktuar në “SHËNIM” tek pika 3.3 Kapaciteti Teknik i Kritereve të Vecanta për Kualifikim të DT, sepse ofertuesi ka deklaruar çmime të ndryshme të primeve tek tabela e përgjithshme dhe tabelat e vecanta të autoriteteve kontraktore, për klasat: B1/1, B1/2, B2/2, A1/2, B2/1, C1, D2, D1, dhe kategoria G. Po ashtu, në tabelën përmbledhëse TPL të plotësuar nga ofertuesi, janë konstatuar gabime aritmetike në përllogaritjen e vlerës dhe shuma në total e ofruar prej 36.070.400 lekë rezulton në vlerën 36.125.480 Lekë, vlerë e cila është më e madhe se fondi limit prej 36.070.400 Lekë. |
