Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1.“CARPATHIA ALBANIA” sh.p.k, pasi me dokumentacionin ligjor dhe teknik të paraqitur në tender, nuk arrin të plotësojë kërkesat për kualifikim të përcaktuara në DST. 2.“ALBUJI” sh.p.k, pasi Operatori ekonomik duhet të paraqesë një deklaratë për periudhën minimale 2 (dy) vite të garancisë së mallit objekt prokurimi, nga dita e vënies në punë. 3.“VARUS AL” sh.p.k, pasi Nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit të ngarkuar në SPE rezulton se operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur certifikatën e kerkuar ne kriterin 6 të kapacitetit Teknik(ka paraqitur ISO 9001 te prodhuesve). Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
