Qendrim ky i mbajtur dhe nga Komisioni i Prokurimeve Publike me ane te vendimit Nr.209/2025, date 07.02.2025, i cili ka theksuar se: “Formulari Permbledhes i Vetedeklarimit duhet te plotesohet ne te gjithe seksionet e saj duke dhene deklaruar adresen apo dokumentin konkret mbi bazen e te ciles/cilit autoriteti mund te beje verifikimin e vetdeklarimeve dhe mosplotesimi i tij ne te gjithe seksionet perkatese perben kusht skualifikimi”. 2.
