The Albanian law does allow for such procedures, but what such procedures often demonstrate, more than just lack of competition, is criteria and application deadlines that are obviously in favor of a certain company (clientelism). Kohëzgjatja e kontratës për secilin Autoritet Kontraktor përfitues: Njësia Vendore e Kujdesit Shëndetësor Shkodër me fond limit për këtë minikonkurs 657,000 (gjashtëqind e pesëdhjetë e shtatë mijë ) lekë pa TVSH.. Kontrata do të lidhet për një afat 12 muaj duke nisur nga data e lidhjes së saj, ndërsa lëvrimi i mallit do të bëhet sipas nevojave dhe kërkesave të Autoritetit Kontraktor përfitues. Shtëpia e Foshnjes 0-5 vjeç Shkodër me fond limit për këtë minikonkurs 73,000 (shtatëdhjetë e tre mijë) lekë pa TVSH. Kohëzgjatja e minikontratës – Kontrata do të lidhet për një afat 12 muaj nga data e lidhjes së minikontratës ndërsa lëvrimi i mallit do të bëhet sipas nevojave dhe kërkesave të Autoritetit Kontraktor përfitues. |
