Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1.“BESA3-2006 & Ndregjoni” : Bashkimi I Operatoreve ekonomik " BESA3-2006 & Ndregjoni” nuk kualifikohet pasi nuk ploteson kriteret e kerkuar ne DST. Nuk kane paraqitur dokumentacionin si me poshte: • BOE “BESA 3-2006” SHPK & “NDREGJONI” SHPK nuk kane paraqitur deklaraten me shkrim nga administratori i subjektit per te deshmuar se kane paguar te gjitha detyrimet e taksave dhe tarifave vendore, gje qe bie ndesh me piken 2.2.3 te Kritereve te Veçanta te Kualifikimit (Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar) • Operatori ekonomik “BESA 3-2006” SHPK nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument per te provuar se ka realizuar pune te ngjashme, gje qe bie ndesh me piken 2.3 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit (Kapaciteti teknik) • Operatori ekonomik “NDREGJONI” SHPK nuk ploteson piken 2.3.5 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit (Kapaciteti teknik), pasi Ing Fitim Doda i deklaruar nga Administratori i shoqerise si Drejtues Teknik eshte Ing Hidroteknik dhe jo Ing Ndertimi sic eshte kerkuar ne DST. • Operatori ekonomik “BESA 3-2006” SHPK nuk ploteson piken 2.3.5 te te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit (Kapaciteti teknik), pasi Ing Iza Muja deklaruar nga Administratori i shoqerise si Drejtuese Teknike nuk eshte e pasqyruar si e tille ne Liçencen e shoqerise. • Operatori ekonomik “BESA 3-2006” SHPK nuk ploteson piken 2.3.8 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit (Kapaciteti teknik), pasi nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument qe te provoje se ka te punesuar 1 Mjek ne kompanine e tij, gje e cila bie ndesh me VKM-në nr.692 datë 13.12.2001, e ndryshuar, i cili eshte i detyrueshëm për ndërmarrje ku të punësuar janë jo më pak se 15 punonjës. E ka mjekun, kontrolloje mire. |
