Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1. Operatori ekonomik “ILIRIADA”, nuk kualifikohet pasi nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kerkuar ne dokumentat standarte te tenderit, ne sistem ka ngarkuar vetem formularin e ofertes KVO bazuar ne VKM 914, date 29.12.2014 ‘ Regulla te prokurimit public”, neni 66 pika 3 , skualifikon Operatorin ekonomik ILIRIADA, pasi nuk permbush kriteret per kualifikim te percaktuar ne dokumentat e tenderit. 2. Operatori ekonomik “Madekonst”, nuk kualifikohet pasi nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kerkuar ne dokumentat standarte te tenderit, ne sistem ka ngarkuar vetem formularin e ofertes. KVO bazuar ne VKM 914, date 29.12.2014 ‘ Regulla te prokurimit public”, neni 66 pika 3 , skualifikon Operatorin ekonomik “Madekons”, pasi nuk permbush kriteret per kualifikim te percaktuar ne dokumentat e tenderit. 3. Operatori ekonomik “2T SHPK”, nuk kualifikohet pasi nuk permbush kriteret per kualifikim te percaktuar ne dokumentat e tenderit, argumentimi si me poshte: - Operatori ekonomik nuk permbush piken 2.3.1 “Pune e ngjashme”, ne dokumentat e tenderit percaktohet pika 2.3.1/a, jo me pak se 50% e fondit limit dhe pika 2.3.1/b jo me e vogel se dyfishi I fondit limit. (Pune e ngjashme sinjalistike e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik (sipas situacioneve) eshte perafersisht 16.828.536 leke) kjo ne kundershtim me piken 2.3.1/b - Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.9 pasi nuk ka paraqitur “Auditues / Inspektues I Sigurise Rrugore”, te kerkuar ne dokumentat e tenderit. - Nuk permbush piken 2.3.13 pasi nuk verteton qe ka te punesuar Specialis per menaxhimin e trafikut rrugor” , te kerkuara ne dokumentat e tenderit - Nuk permbush piken 2.3.14 lidhur me punonjes me çertifikate “Specialis per vijezimet ne rruge”, ne kundershtim me kriteret e percaktuara ne dokumentat e tenderit. - Nuk permbush kriterin “Makineri dhe paisje “, pasi nuk ka paraqitu rmakineri dhe paisje ne perputhje me kriteret e percaktuara ne dokumenta e tenderit |
