Ka pasur ankese nga BOE “Infra-Plan” SHPK & “ICE” SHPK me objekt shfuqizimin e vendimit te Komisionit te Vleresimit te Ofertave per skualifikimin e ofertes te paraqitur prej tyre.KPP me ane te vendimit Nr. 19/2023 date 10.01.2023, ka vendosur: 1. Te mos pranoje ankesen e paraqitur nga bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomike “Infra-Plan” SHPK & “ICE” SHPK per kete procedure prokurimi. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet te vijoje me hapat e metejshem te procedurës se prokurimit. Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: - “INSTITUTI I KONSULENCES NE NDERTIM "IKN"”, per arsye: - oferta ekonomike me vlerë 21,624,000 lekë (pa tvsh), e paraqitur nga ky operator është poshtë vlerës minimale të lejuar 22,945,147.65 lekë (pa tvsh) kjo në kundërshtim me vendimin Nr. 354, datë 11.05.2016 “Për miratimin e manualit të tarifave për shërbime në planifikim territori, projektim, mbikqyrje dhe kolaudim” dhe rekomandimin Nr. 5585,datë 25.07.2017 të Agjensisë së Prokurimit Publik” |
