Me date 27.10.2022, me ane te vendimit Nr. 1052/2022 KPP ka vendosur : 1.Të pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “REJ” SHPK për kete procedure prokurimi. 2.Autoriteti kontraktues të kryejë rivlerësimin e procedurës së mësipërme në zbatim të konstatimeve të bëra nga Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik në këtë vendim. Nuk ka operatore ekonomike te skualifikuar. |
