Nuk përmbush kriterin lidhur mjetet e nevojshme per përmbushjen e kësaj procedure prokurimi. 2. “ CURRI” sh.p.k & “ ALB SHPRESA” sh.p.k . - Operatori Ekonomik Alb-SHpresa nuk ka paraqitur: Vërtetim që konfirmon shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve te energjisë elektrike të kontratave të energjisë që ka operatori ekonomik që është i regjistruar. - Operatori CURRI shpk, nuk ka parqitur ”Deklaraten mbi Permbushjen e Specifikimeve Teknike sipas Shtojces 5” (mungon). - Operatori CURRI shpk ka paraqitur kontrate noteriale Huamarrje nga Albanian Traffic Solution te dates 29.06.2018 per ”Mjete te sinjalsit ikes rrugore, pronesia e cila vertetohet me deklaraten e zhdoganimit me reference R56475, date 19.06.2018” nga qeramarresi. Kjo kontrate noteriale nuk ka te cilesuar objektin e kontrates qe prokurohet dhe afatin 24 muaj te saj, qe eshte ne kundershtim me piken 3.3.9 C te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit. Per me teper deklarata e zhdoganimit ne fjale citon ”artikuj te sinjalistikes rrugore 93 cope me aksesore”. 3. “ NIKA” sh.p.k & “ RROKU GUEST”sh.p.k: Pothuajse te gjitha kontratat e qerase per mjetet nuk jane sipas kritereve te veçante te kualifikimit . |
