Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Eshte skualifikuar 1. Bashkimi i Operatoreve Ekonomik: Shoqeria “Sireta 2F” Shpk & Shoqeria “KUPA” Shpk përfaqësuar nga Shoqeria “Sireta 2 F” shpk Nuk permbush kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim sipas DST. a) Nuk ploteson nr ne total te punonjesve Duke qene se ky bashkim operatoresh eshte kualifikuar per Lot 4 per te cilin kerkoheshin 110 punonjes, ne menyre qe ky BOE te kualifikohej edhe per lotin 3 duhet qe bazuar ne kriteret sipas DST te plotesonte numrin ne total te punonjesve per LOT3 +Lot4 I cili duhet te ishte 215 punonjes ne total ose Kupa Shpk te kishte mesatarisht 135 punonjes (nuk e ploteson) dhe Sireta 2F te kishte mesatarisht 80 punonjesh (e ploteson) Ky BOE nuk ploteson nr e punonjesve per te konkurruar ne kete LOT pasi nr i punonjesve duhet te ishte kumulative sipas kerkesave te vecanta te kualifikimit. b) Ky bashkim operatoresh nuk ka paraqitur kontrata te ngjashme per kete LOT pasi punet e ngjashme. c) Ky bashkim operatoresh nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per makinerite qe duhen per zbatimin e kontrates (e menyre kumulative) per plotesimin e kritereve pas kualifikimit per Lot4 pasi bashkimi i operatoreve duhet te vinte ne dispozicion dokumentacionin e nevojshem per kualifikimin e tij per Lot3 dhe Lot 4. d) Ne preventivin e paraqitur nga ky bashkim operatoresh, per preventivin e objektit “ Qendra shendetesore Qafe” ne kapitullin “A.PUNIME NDERTIMORE” , Shuma VII. Punime dyersh e dritaresh mungon zeri nr.6 F.V zgara dekorativa hekuri me figuracion mesatare per dritaret cka sjell mangesi ne oferten e paraqitur nga ky BOE duke mos ofertuar gjithe zerat e preventivit te kerkuar. |
