Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Eshte skualifikuar Operatori Ekonomik B N T Elektronics shpk sepse oferta e tij ka keto mangesi: 1. Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument per te vertetuar se ploteson kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit. 2. Nuk ka paraqitur vetedeklarimin sipas shtojces Nr 5 te DST. 3. Nuk ka paraqitur deklarten e konfliktit te interesit. 4. Nuk ka paraqitur deklareten e plotesimit te specifikimeve teknike . 5. Nuk ka ka paraqitur certifikatat qe kerkohen sipas DST. 6. Oferta ekonomike eshte mbi fondin limit qe prokurohet me nje diference ne plus 448,730 leke. |
