Ka pasur ankesa. Ka pasur, ka marrë përgjigje nga AK, si dhe me vendim Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik nr.34/1., datë 21.01.2020. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit si mëposhtë: 1. Bashkimi i operatorëve ekonomik “6DPLAN”sh.p.k dhe “2Z KONSTRUKSION’ : - Operatori ekonomik 6D Plan nuk ka licencën e kërkuar sipas dokumentave Standarte të Tenderit përsa i përket licencës së restauratorit, konkretisht pika 2.3.3 kapaciteti teknik, shtojca 12 kriteret e vecanta të kualifikimit. - Operatori ekonomik ”6 D Plan” nuk ka plotësuar pikën 2.3.8 kriteret e vecanta të kualifikimit shtojca 12 pasi ka paraqitur diplome, librezë pune, kontrratën por nuk ka paraqitur urdhërin e mjekut të kërkuara në Dokumentet Standarte të tenderit. - Analiza e cmimeve mungojnë artikujt eshtë e paplotë ka vetëm 16 emërtime. 2. Operatori ekonomik “ANTE GROUP” : - Mungon analiza e cmimeve. 3. Operatori ekonomik “KACDEDJA”: - Nuk ka plotësuar pikën 2.3.3 kapaciteti teknik kriteret e vecanta kualifikimit shtojca 12 , nuk ka paraqitur licencën Zbatim për punimet e restaurimit në monumentet e arkitekturës” për shoqëri ndërtimi, sipas kategorisë së kërkuara në DST. 4. Operatori ekonomik “ELDA VL” : - Nuk ka sjellë ofertë ekonomike si dhe nuk ka plotësuar asnjë kriter sipas Dokumentave Standarte të Tenderit. |
