Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1.Colombo shpk: • Inxhinieri i materialeve nuk figuron ne listepagesat e 6 muajve te fundit te kerkuar sipas pikes 5/b te kritereve te vecanta ne DST. • Drejtuesi teknik Ing.Vasil Kosta nuk eshte i certifikuar sipas modulit 2 “Standartet per sigurimin e cilesise se produkteve te ndertimit kerkuar sipas pikes 5/a-2 kritereve te vecanta • Akreditimi i certifikatave ISO nuk eshte ne gjuhen shqipe dhe nuk eshte leshuar nga Drejtoria e pergjithshme e Akreditimit sipas pikes 13 te kritereve te vecanta ne DST. • Fatura tatimore nr.846 e cila permban pajisjet :cizme ,lopata.vidator ,makineri prerese metali,makineri shpuese metali si dhe kuti te ndihmes se shpejte eshte prere ne daten 09.11.2019 pas shpalljes se procedures e cila bie ndesh ne piken 10 te kriterev te vecanta ne DST. • Nuk eshte i pajisur me vertetim nga AK qe konfirmon kryerjen e vizites ne objektin e prokurimit kerkuar sipas pikes 14 te kritereve te vecanta ne DST. • OE refuzoi kryerjen e vizites nga KVO per verifikim te mjeteve te kerkuara nga DST sipas pikes 15 te kritereve te vecanta ne DST. 2.Elda-VL : Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument qe ploteson kriteret e pergjithshme dhe te vecanta ne DST. |
