Eshte skualifikuar Megapharma Shpk sepse bazuar ne rregjistrin e barnave te autorizuara per tregtim nga AKBPM ne RSH, barnat e ofertuara nga operatori ekonomik nuk kane patur autorizim per tregtim daten 02.03.2018, data e hapjes se tenderit. Për këtë arsye KVO konstatoi se operatori nuk ka dorëzuar dokumentet te nevojshme per nje bar te pa-autorizuar per tregtim sipas pikes 5 te shtojces 9 te DST. |
