Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. FLORIFARMA SH.P.K, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur deklarate per origjinen e mallit, sipas percaktimit te pikes 6 te kapacitetit teknik te DST, por ka paraqitur deklarate vetem per nje produkt (doreza sterile) - nuk ka paraqitur autorizim nga prodhuesi/distributor i autorizuar per artikujt objekt I procedures se prokurimit, por vetem per nje artikull dorezat sterile, duke mos plotesuar piken 2 te kapacitetit teknik. - nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.1 te Kapacitetit Teknik te DST, pasi nuk ka paraqitur deshmi per furnzime te ngjashme, Ka paraqitur vetem nje marreveshje kuader vetem per nje produkt, (doreza), por nuk ka paraqitur vertetim per realizmin me sukses te saj dhe nuk ka paraqtur deshmi tjeter per produktet e tjera objekt prokurimi |
