Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “SANITARY CLEANING” SH.P.K, për këto arsye: - nuk i permbushte te gjitha kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit dhe me konkretisht kriterin e percaktuar ne shtojcen 7 te DT, duke çuar njekohesisht ne pamundesine e verifikimit nga KVO te faktit nese ndonjeri prej personave perkates (perfaqesues te OE) ka qene apo jo i denuar me pare per ndonje nga veprat penale te percaktuara ne nenin 45 te Ligjit nr. 9643, date 20.11.2006 “Per prokurimin publik”, i ndryshuar - nga verifikimi ne terren i pajisjeve/makinerive te OE “SANITARY SCEANING” SH.P.K., rezultoi qe disa prej tyre nuk i plotesonin kriteret e percaktuara ne piken 3.3.11 dhe ne Shtojcen nr. 9 te D - nga verifikimi ne terren i pajisjeve/makinerive te OE “SANITARY SCEANING” SH.P.K., KVO konstatoi qe peshorja elektronike e markes “STEINBERG” me nr. serial SB9-PF-300/50, prodhuar ne Poloni, pa vit prodhimi, nuk ishte ne gjendje funksionale pune (pranuar dhe nenshkruar nga vete OE ne procesverbalin e mbajtur nga KVO ne terren) dhe madje sipas dokumentacionit te paraqitur OE “SANITARY SCEANING” SH.P.K. rezultonte qe te kishte bere kualidimin e kesaj pajisje perpara se ta blinte ate 2. “W.CENTER” SH.P.K , për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur asnje oferte ekonomike. |
