Operatori ekonomik “Infosoft Office” SHPK ka paraqitur ankese ne KPP me objekt Shfuqizimin e vendimit te KVO-se mbi skualifikimin e ofertes te paraqitur nga ai. KPP ka vendosur permes Vendim Nr. 787/2021 : 1. Te pranoje ankesen e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Infosoft Office” SHPK per proceduren e prokurimit “Procedure e hapur e thjeshtuar”, me Nr. REF-02204-08- 03-2021 me objekt “Blerje Tonera”, me fond limit 1,958,427 leke pa TVSH, zhvilluar ne daten 15.09.2021 nga autoriteti kontraktor, Spitali Rajonal Shkoder. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor te anuloje vendimin e KVO-se mbi skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik “Infosoft Office” SHPK, si dhe te korrigjoje shkeljet duke e kualifikuar kete operator ekonomik Vendimi nga KPP me nr.prot 1829/6 date 21/10/2021.
