Ka pasur ankesa nga operatoret ekonomike “Eral” SHPK dhe “Haxhi Shahu” PF.Objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertave të paraqitura nga operatoret ekonomike.Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik ka vendosur : -Të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ankimues “ERAL” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit të sipërcituar. -pranimin plotësisht të ankesës së operatorit ekonomik “Haxhi Shahu” PF për procedurën e prokurimit.
