Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: -“KADIU” SHA per arsye: • Operatori ekonomik nuk plotëson pikën 1 germa g), të Kritereve të Pergjithshme të Kualifikimit, pasi rezulton se, e ushtron aktivitetin e tij ne shkelje te legjislacionit te punes. Pas administrimit te shkreses nr. 2364/6 date 03.06.2022 te APP-se, sipas te ciles: “OE “Kadiu” shpk pas inspektimeve te kryera nga Inspektoriati Shteteror i Punes dhe Sherbimeve Shoqerore, rezulton se, me Vendim Perfundimtar te Inspektimit NR. ISHPSHSH-KO-2021-000686-5 date 15.11.2021, ka marre mase administrative gjobe, ne shumen 150.000 leke, per shkelje te legjislacionit te punes.”. ABP kreu verifikimin perkates, ku me shkresen nr. 1218/1 date 15.06.2022 te ISHPSHSH, jepet informacioni se, ndaj subjektit “Kadiu” shpk, nepermjet Vendimit Perfundimtar te Inspektimit NR. ISHPSHSH-KO-2021-000686-5 date 15.11.2021, ka nje gjobe ne fuqi, vjelja e se ciles ka kaluar ne ekzekutim te detyrueshem. Pra, rezulton se ne diten e hapjes se ofertave, ndaj ofertuesit ka nje gjobe ne fuqi, e cila eshte marre pas inspektimit perkates te ISHPSHSH, per shkelje te legjislacionit te punes. Nderkohe qe, ofertuesi, nepermjet Formularit te Vetedeklarimit, Pjesa II, germa A, ka keqinformuar ne lidhje me ushtrimin e aktivitetit te tij ne zbatim te kerkesave ligjore ne fuqi, perfshire legjislacionin e punes. • Ofertuesi nuk plotëson pikën 2, seksioni 2.3 “Kapaciteti Teknik” te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, pasi ka deklaruar ne profilet: motorrist, xhenerik, elektroauto dhe bojaxhi te njejtet punonjes (perkatesisht: E.B.-motorrist, H.T.-xhenerik, B.R. – elektroauto dhe V.Gj. – bojaxhi) per te 3 lotet ku ka ofertuar, duke mos plotesuar kapacitetet teknike sa shuma e loteve per te cilat ka ofertuar, te marra se bashku. Bazuar ne DST, ne rast se dokumentacioni i deklaruar dhe i dorezuar ne permbushje te kritereve kumulative nuk ploteson kapacitetet ekonomike-financiare dhe kapacitetet teknike per te gjitha lotet ku OE ka ofertuar, do te skualifikohet nga te gjitha Lotet ku ka ofertuar. |
