Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.GB Civil Engineering Sh.p.k , per arsye: -Nga verifikimi I formularit te vetedeklarimit te shoqerise rezulton se nuk ka deklaruar stafin e kerkuar ne DST, duke mos plotesuar keshtu kerkesen 2.3.3 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit. 2.STUDIO SERVICES D7S SHPK, per arsye: - Nga verifikimi I formularit te vetedeklarimit si dhe licenses se MK te shoqerise rezulton se arkitekti F.V nuk figuron drejtuese teknike ne license te shoqerise, duke mos plotesuar keshtu kerkesen 2.3.3 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit. - Nga verifikimi I formularit te vetedeklarimit rezulton se OE nuk ka paraqitur ekspert ne pozicionin e “Pergjegjes per sigurine dhe mbrojtjen e shendetit ne pune”, duke mos plotesuar keshtu kerkesen 2.3.4 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit. 3.Novatech studio Shpk , per arsye: - Nga verifikimi I formularit te vetedeklarimit rezulton se shoqeria ka deklaruar si staf kryesor inxhinierin gjeodet E.N dhe gjithashtu edhe ne pozicionin e “Pergjegjes per sigurine dhe mbrojtjen e shendetit ne pune” po ekspertin E.N. pra nje punonjes per 2 pozicione pune, duke mos plotesuar keshtu nje nga kerkesat 2.3.3 ose 2.3.4 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit. 4.Magna- Charta Sh.p.k , per arsye: - Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.1 te kapaciteteve teknike pasi puna e ngjashme me Bashkine Fier e paraqitur nuk arrin vleren sa 20% e fondit limit, gjithashtu formulari I vleresimit eshte I paplote pasi mungon data e perfundimit te kontrates dhe % e bashkimit te OE pasi kjo kontrate eshte nenshkruar nga BOE “Magna Charta” shpk dhe “Erald-G” shpk. Ndersa kontratat e tjera te paraqitura si nenkontrata nje pjese jane jashte afateve 3 vjecare ndersa per mbikqyrjen e godines se Bashkise Divjake mungon si nenkontraktor I miratuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. 5.C.E.C GROUP Sh.p.k , per arsye: - Nga verifikimi I formularit te vetedekalrimit si dhe licenses se MK te shoqerise rezulton se arkitekti S.Q nuk figuron drejtuese teknike ne license te shoqerise, duke mos plotesuar keshtu kerkesen 2.3.3 te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit. - Oferta ekonomike eshte nen vleren minimale te lejuar sipas Nr.354 date 11.05.2016 “Per miratimin e manualit te tarifave per sherbime ne planifikim territori, projektim, mbikqyrje dhe kolaudim” |
