IRIS sh.p.k, per arsye: -Artikulli 1.1 (Introducer) eshte artikull me Tvsh, pasi nuk kategorizohet si pajisje mjekesore e implatueshme. -Ne formularin e ofertes ekonomike nuk eshte pasqyruar shumatorja e cmimeve/njesi. -Autorizimet e prodhuesve (konkretisht Biotronik dhe Greatbatch) jane paraqitur me nje vlefshmeri te kufizuar deri ne daten 31.12.2024, -Certifikata ISO 13485:2016 e prodhuesit Greatbatch (site: USA) nuk rezulton te jete e akredituar nga organizma nderkombetare akreditues. -Certifikata CE e prodhuesit Greatbatch Nr.
