Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1. 2 N sh.p.k, per arsye: - Nuk ka dorezuar dokumentin per shlyerjen e detyrimeve te energjise elektrike -Nuk permbush kriterin 2.3.5. te kapacitetit teknik per disponimin e punonjesve te specializuar 2. INA sh.p.k, per arsye: -Ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike anomalisht te ulet. 3. NDERTUESI 2000 sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk ka plotesuar te gjitha kriteret sipas Dokumentave Standarde te Tenderit, konkretisht shkronja l te pika 2.3.5 te kriteret e veçanta te kualifikimit -Nuk ka deklaruar qe disponon 1 (nje) Inxhinier Ndertimi si dhe nuk verteton se ploteson kerkesen e pikes 2.3.6, pasi nuk ka deklaruar qe disponon 1 (nje) punonjes te kualifikuar ose certifikuar si Pergjegjes per sigurine dhe mbrojtjen e shendetit ne pune 4.
