Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.Koloseu Shpk, per arsye: - nuk ploteson kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim: Pika 2.3.3 ku AK kerkon qe operatori ekonomik te kete jo me pas se 45 punonjes ne listpagesat e periudhes Gusht -Tetor, Ne listpagesat e dorezuara nga operatori ekonomik per kete periudh rezulton te kete 16 (gjashtembedhjet)punonjes. - Sipas formularit te vetdeklarimit per stafin teknik operatori ekonomik nuk ka ne organiken e punonjesit: Arkitekt, Inxhinier elektrik, Hidraulik, Elektricist,Hekurkthyes, Saldator, Bojaxhi, Shtrues Pllakash, Personel te trajnuar/certifikuar per punimet ne lartesi. Per punonjesit Karpertier, Murator suvatues, Shofer operatori ekonomik ka nga nje te tille nderkohe qe AK ne specifikime ka karkuar nga dy punonjes te tille. - Per Mjetet dhe Pajisjet sipas formularit te vetdeklarimit Operatori Ekonomik nuk disponon Kamion Vetshkarkues, Autobetoniere, Autopomp betoni, Kamion me vinc, Moto Gjenerator, Tranxhe per perpunimin e Hekurit, Kontenier(zyre), Kokore, Skeleri ndertimi.
