Ka pasur ankesa. Ka marrë përgjigje në datë 19.04.2017 me nr.473/1 prot. Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1.Bashkimi i operatoreve TEA-D SHPK & “A.E.K. & CO” SHPK & “SINANI & LICI’’ SHPK Gjate shqyrtimit te dokumentacionit administrativo ligjor u konstatua se bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomike kane paraqitur dokumentacion jo te plote. Me dokumentacionin e dorezuar nga ky bashkim O.E. nuk plotesohen te gjitha kerkesat e pergjithshme dhe te veçanta per kualifikim te percaktuara ne DST, shtojca 9. a) nuk ploteson piken 1 tek Kriteret e pergjithshme, “dorëzimin e Ekstraktit mbi Historikun e Subjektit, të lëshuar nga Qendra Kombëtare e Regjistrimit”. b) Nuk eshte percaktuar pjesa e punes qe do te kryeje secili nga anetaret e ketij bashkimi. Ne zbatim te Nenit 74, pika 2 i RRPP-se, ne marreveshjen e noterizuar ku eshte percaktuar perfaqesuesi i grupit dhe perqindja e pjesemarrjes se punes, nuk jane percaktuar elementet konkrete qe do te kryeje secili nga anetaret e ketij bashkimi. |
