Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: - “A V E L” SHPK, per arsye: - Nuk permbushen specifikimet teknike te mjetit “autoveture Suv” konkretisht: - Numri i vendeve i modelit te ofruar sipas ofertes se operatorit ekonomik, katalogut dhe specifikimeve te paraqitura, eshte 6+1 (ne total 7), ne kundershtim me cfare eshte specifikuar dhe kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor ne DST, ne shtojcen 2 te formularit te ofertes dhe shtojcen 5 te specifikimeve teknike, ku percaktohet numri i vendeve 4+1 (ne total 5). - Lartesia e mjetit (modelit) te ofruar nga operatori ekonomik, sipas katalogut eshte 1646 mm, duke mos plotesuar kushtin e kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor ne DST, ne shtojcen 5 te specifikimeve teknike, ku percaktohet lartesia minimalisht 1660 mm. - Nuk permbushen specifikimet teknike te mjetit “mini van” konkretisht: - Numri i dyerve i modelit te ofruar nga operatori ekonomik, sipas katalogut dhe specifikimeve te paraqitura, eshte 4 (kater), ne kundershtim me cfare eshte specifikuar dhe kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor ne DST, ne shtojcen 5 te specifikimeve teknike, ku percaktohet numri i dyerve 5 (pese). |
