procedura e prokurimit me arsye se nuk ka plotesuar kriteret e kualifikimit. - Në datën 31.01.2025, nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa me numër ankimi elektronik A/2025/5019 dhe me nr. 319/2025 prot., datë 03.02.2025, e operatorit ekonomik “Advanced Business Solutions-ABS” SHPK. -Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua, se objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur prej tij në procedurën e prokurimit objekt ankimi. Pas shqyrtimit te rrethanave te ceshtjes dhe provave te paraqitura KPP me vendimjin nr. 211/2025 ka vendosur: 1. Te pranoje ankesen e operatorit dhe te anuloje vendimn e KVO ne lidhje me skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik. -Ne perfundim sipas formularit te njoftimit te fituesit perfundimtar: Autoriteti Prokurues ka shpallur fitues perfundimtar . |
