datë 10.09.2025. Referuar raportit të auditit në SPE, rezulton se me datë 08.09.2025 është publikuar njoftimi i anulimit të procedurës së prokurimit, publikuar në buletinin e njoftimeve publike nr. Nr. 51, datë 15 shtator 2025. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr.1484 date 21.10.2025 vendosi 1.
