Është skualifikuar Ofertuesi i mëposhtëm: 1. TENUIS LABORATORIES, pasi OE “Tenuis Laboratories” nuk e permbush piken 1, germa “a”te Kriteret e veçanta te Kualifikimit, ku thuhet se duhet te paraqese formularin permbledhes te vetedeklarimit sipas shtojces 10, pasi formulari I ngarkuar ne sistem nga OE (formular me 10 faqe) eshte bosh pervec 2 faqeve te fundit dhe AK e ka te pamundur vertetesine e ketyre kritereve te percaktuara ne DTS (Kriteret e Pergjithshme te Perzgjedhjes/Kualifikimit. Nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik si edhe pranë Autoritetit Kontraktor është depozituar ankesa me numër ankimimi A/2025/5775, datë 09.09.2025 dhe me numër protokolli nr. 2410/2025, datë 09.09.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “QENDRA E MONITORIMIT TË MJEDISIT” ShPK në procedurën e prokurimit “Procedurë e hapur e thjeshtuar”. Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet me kërkesën për anulimin e procedurës së prokurimit, si dhe me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “TENUIS LABORATORIES” SHPK. KPP me vendim Nr.1413/2025 datë 08.10.2025, vendosi 1. Të mos pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “TENUIS LABORATORIES” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet te vijoje me hapat e metejshem te procedures se prokurimit. |
