Eduart Xhixha P.F., NIPT L54424205B, pasi mostrat fizike nuk përmbushnin specifikimet teknike: komodina nuk kishte çelës me mbyllje qendrore, karrigia ergonomike e drejtuesit kishte lartësi nën intervalin e kërkuar dhe stoli i lartë termoplastik nuk ishte prej polipropileni. 2.EMKO SH.P.K., NIPT K61424016V, pasi nuk ka paraqitur specifikimet teknike të Autoritetit Kontraktor të nënshkruara dhe të vulosura dhe mostrat fizike nuk përmbushnin kërkesat teknike për komodinën, karrigen ergonomike dhe stolin e lartë termoplastik. 3. Jurgen Kurti P.F., NIPT M54213201B, pasi nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kërkuar për Formularin Përmbledhës të Vetëdeklarimit, sigurimin e ofertës, xhiron, furnizimet e ngjashme, certifikatat ISO, specifikimet teknike, garancinë, deklaratat për artikujt e papërdorur dhe nuk ka paraqitur mostrat e kërkuara. 4.M.
