Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument kualifikues, pervec vertetimit te OSHE, per shlyerjen e detyrimeve per energjine elektrike. 2. Operatori ekonomik “PAERA” Shpk me NIPT:L31505034R, me vleren e ofertes te paraqitur ne tender 3.950.000 leke pa tvsh. a. Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur Liçence nga QKL, ne kundershtim me kerkesat e pikes 2.1.2 te Kritereve te Veçanta te Kualifikimit. b. Operatori ekonomik nuk provon plotesimin e nje prej kerkesave te kapacitetit teknik (pika 2.3.1 e Kritereve te Veçanta te Kualifikimit). c.
