Ka ardhur ankesa nr.K743 date. 11.04.2017 nga operatori ekonomik RA-MI sh.p.k i cili kundershton vleresimin. Ankeses i eshte kthyer pergjigje me shkresen nr.K743.1 date 18.04.2017 duke mos e pranuar ankesen e paraqitur prej tij. Operatori ekonomik ankimues RA-MI sh.p.k ka paraqitur ankese prane Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik. Nr.316 2017 per vendimin e marre per proceduren e prokurimit me objekt: “Blerje material elektrike per UKT sha nga ana e Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me Vendimin Nr. 316 2017 date 17.05.2017 ne të cilin ka vendosur: Te pranoje ankesen e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik RA-MI Kompani” sh.p.k Autoriteti kontraktor te anuloje vendimin e KVO-se mbi skualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik “Ra-Mi Kompani” sh.p.k, dhe te korigjoje shkeljet duke e kualifikuar kete operator. Me date 22.05.2017 eshte bere rivleresimi i ofertave ne sistem, ne zbatim te vendimit te KPP Nr.316 2017. Jane skualifikuar per arsye si me poshte: 1. Operatori ekonomik “SARK” sh.p.k, Nuk ploteson kriterin e vendosur ne pikën 2.3.2 te DST-se. 2. Operatori ekonomik “W.CENTER” sh.p.k, nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokumentacion per te provuar se ploteson Kriteret e Përgjithshme dhe te Veçanta të Pranimit (Kualifikimit) te caktuara ne DST. |
