Ne daten 28.01.2017, iu kthye pergjigje me shkresen nr. 31 prot shoqerise “Eurogjici” shpk Tirane duke mos u pranuar ankesa e saj . Ne date 27.01.2017 u protokollua me nr prot 27 ankesa e shoqerise “Elezaj“ shpk Lushnje.
